Glee McAnanly is President and CEO of FirstLight Home Care. Glee leads with the head of a franchisor and the heart of a franchisee as she focuses on driving sustainable growth and furthering the company’s long-term vision and Culture of Care. Her mission is to foster an exceptional company culture where team members are respected and appreciated and where they are empowered to find purpose and meaning in their work every day. She has more than 30 years of franchise leadership experience, including extensive expertise in owner operations. Prior to FirstLight Home Care, Glee was Chief Development Officer, as well as Chief Franchisee Relations Officer for ServiceMaster’s five franchise brands: AmeriSpec, Furniture Medic, Merry Maids, ServiceMaster Clean and ServiceMaster Restore. Glee held a number of positions while serving at the home office, nearly all in operational leadership roles where she most enjoyed the leadership and development of 32 Business Development Directors and consultants.

Mark Vanase

Mark Vanase is Chief Operating Officer for FirstLight Home Care. Mark works alongside the business development team to provide leadership and support to help FirstLight franchisees grow their businesses, while also ensuring a commitment to policies, processes and best practices. Mark brings a wealth of franchising, operations and leadership expertise, having worked with the ServiceMaster family of brands for 25 years. He also has extensive experience leading large field operations teams. Most recently, Mark was Vice President-North American Operations for ServiceMaster Restore. Mark is also an International Franchise Association Certified Franchise Executive.

Kristen Duell

Kristen Duell is the Executive Vice President of Experience and Innovation at FirstLight Home Care, where she leads initiatives that enhance the brand experience and drive innovation across the business. A dynamic and transformative leader, Kristen has over 21 years of experience in the healthcare industry, previously serving as Chief Marketing Officer for Home Care Pulse. She is also the Founder of I.D.E.A.L. – Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Alliance for Leadership in Healthcare, an organization dedicated to advancing women in healthcare by fostering upward mobility and visibility.

In 2024, Kristen was honored as an Agent of Change by McKnight’s Pinnacle Awards, recognizing industry veterans who set standards, drive change, and inspire peers. She was also named one of Aging Media’s Future Leaders under 40 in Home Health and Home Care. Beyond her professional commitments, Kristen is dedicated to community service, volunteering with the American Red Cross, Meals on Wheels, Ronald McDonald House, and other local organizations.

Ryan Zoellner

Ryan Zoellner is the Controller for FirstLight Home Care. He leads the accounting and finance team and oversees all aspects of the financial reporting process. Ryan works closely with each department manager on monthly, quarterly and annual department results vs. budget, and he provides strategic counsel to the CEO, executive management team and Board of Directors. Ryan previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Shoedinger Funeral & Cremation Services and as VP, Controller at JP Morgan Chase. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Columbus Humane Finance Committee. In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.
